All deliveries within Denmark are handled by GLS. At checkout, you can choose delivery to your home address, business address, or your nearest GLS Parcel Shop.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

14-day full return policy

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return – simple and easy:

-   Send an email to info@nordicmodern.dk
    
-   Please state your order number and which item(s) you wish to return
    
-   We will send you a GLS return label by email
    
-   Drop off the parcel at your nearest GLS Parcel Shop
  

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and typically amount to DKK 49–69, depending on the size of the parcel. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Important:
-   Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received
-   Custom-made rugs in special sizes cannot be returned  

Once we have received the item in good condition, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
