2. SHIPPING IN DENMARK AND ABROAD

Free shipping in Denmark, Scandinavia and other EU countries on orders over DKK 500 / EUR 65.

For orders below DKK 500 / EUR 65, a shipping fee of DKK 39 / EUR 5 applies.

All deliveries within Denmark are handled by GLS. At checkout, you can choose delivery to your home address, business address or a GLS Parcel Shop.

For delivery to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, please contact customer service.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and any import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are levied by local authorities.

3. DELIVERY

- Denmark: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Other countries: Contact us for a delivery estimate

4. PAYMENT

At www.nordicmodern.dk you can pay with MobilePay, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express.

All prices are stated in DKK, EUR or local currency and include VAT when applicable.

5. WHEN IS PAYMENT CHARGED?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The payment will only be charged once the item has been dispatched.

6. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Items purchased on nordicmodern.dk may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Rugs made to custom sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return an item:

-   Send an email with the subject “RETURN” and your order number to info@nordicmodern.dk
-   Complete the GLS return form (link)
-   Return the item to:

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to document the shipment.

Once the item has been received in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. DAMAGED PARCELS

All items are insured during transport. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours by email to info@nordicmodern.dk.

In case of transport damage, we offer an exchange or a refund if the item is no longer in stock.

9. COMPLAINTS & WARRANTY

If you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service at info@nordicmodern.dk.

NORDICMODERN operates in accordance with Danish law. You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
